  I've been to many western stores all over the United States and I've previously worked retail for 12.5 years, but this location has got to be my favorite. The moment you walk in you are greeted with a friendly staff. I was in about 2 weeks ago and Charles helped me pick out 2 pairs of boots (in which I'm in love with)...3 shirts and a hat. I went in today as well and Charles helped me pick out some things. The whole staff is always personable, they joke with you and treat you like family. I'm also impressed with the selection of merchandise and I would even go as far to say that I would totally go into the store just to "hang out". Well done Russell's Western Wear of Wesley Chapel, KUDOS TO YOU ALL!! You have a customer for life!

  What a wonderful place to shop. From the moment we walked in Savannah was friendly, helpful, knew her boots and what would be best for my husband and I. We both came home with the perfect boots for my daughters wedding where high heels are not an option. We look HOT. Thanks again Savannah, you are the best!
