  I placed an online order to be picked up in the store. When I arrived at the store, they hadn't had a chance to pull the item, so I offered to go get it, no biggie. Well, I couldn't find the item. That's when Curt asked me if I needed help - I explained my situation - he was actually in the midst of pulling my order at the time. He searched and searched, but no luck. He then offered to have it shipped to me at no charge and I agreed, obviously. The item was just under $15, so I had my trusty 20% off, instead of the $5 off $15. But, Curt gave me the $5 off! I truly appreciated that.
