  I try as often as possible to buy my small hardware items like door repair parts, plumbing, and screws here. Its quicker and less drama than going to a Lowes or HomeDepot. Its also easier to get assistance and advice on a repair with a smaller store such as this.

  Great service at this Ace hardware every time. Today I went and was asked 3 times if I needed assistance finding anything. Every time I come here the employees are always knowledgeable and always ask if I need help.

  Rude cashier and pricing wrong. Brought item up cashier rang up I told her there is a sale sticker on the rack below. She scanned again and said "nope" so I went back to the aisle since she seemed like she didn't want to check it, I brought the sticker back and had to wait for person she was now ringing up because he had same issue with item he purchased nd walked to back to check price. I handed her the sticker and she said it expired on 2-26, which was almost a week ago, she again said this is expired and looked away, very rude to a customer so since was the only person I dealt with they lost the sale and possibly a customer.

  I go to this store a lot. I used to think they were more expensive than everywhere else but when I actually compared the prices with Amazon and hd, they were the same or under 10% more. When you factor in convenience and the helpful staff, it's a no brainer. I ALWAYS go to ace first.
