  This location is luck to even receive a 1 star from me. The worst experience EVER! As an expectant mother due anytime now, I have been treated like I'm being done a favor to shop there. Great Customer Service in any business is essential to the overall success. From the redneck looking women name Shannon. To the Manager (Don't remember his name but his badge says "Awesome Dad") my inlaws purchased a baby glider. Unfortunately, I did not have the receipt at the time and did not have the time or energy to put it together anyway. We came to this location since we heard great things about the service. But I guess it's only catered to Caucasians. (Yes, that's exactly what I said) The gentlemen made us feel as though we were trying to be fraudulent. I reiterated to him on Shannons behavior and to think as a manager you would show empathy. Received NONE whatsoever. He then proceeded to ask me a million and one questions. He also asked me when was or purchased. I replied sometime last week. He said well you are not going to get it at the normal price because they probably purchased it on Black Friday amd it was on sale for $100.00 the automatic assumption was unacceptable. I called my inlaws and by the Grace of God they found the receipt. The amount paid was HIGHER! So I proceeded to call the location to advise them on the situation. And the young lady at guest services cut me off and began to raise her voice at me!! Where is the respect? Not one time was I rude. I kindly interjected and advised her to let me speak first. All of this for a $30 something dollar difference? I will never shop at this location again and will make sure none of my colleagues, friends and family puts their hard earned cash Into this location again. Im in management and by far the brand I represent will never ever behave in this manner to our guests or clients.

  Great store. Always kept up clean and staff are very friendly. The store is well organized and labelled so it's easy to find what you are looking for. They also offer a variety of educational classes and kids classes like a once a month free my gym class. Check their website for monthly events. I also love how they celebrate your kids birthday with a balloon and an announcement through the intercom. Just go to customer service. Overall it's a great store and staff.
